Hope Dotsey was born on December 23rd 1983, obtained his Senior Secondary School Certificate from Keta Business Secondary School (1999-2001). A bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Accounting and Finance as a combined major from the Knutsford University College, East-Legon Accra with First Class Honours in May 2011, Hope Dotsey is also a product of Ghana Telecom University College the Centre for Professional Development where he obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Practical Accountancy and Taxation on 31st December 2010. Hope Dotsey also obtained an Advance Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Commercial Management UK on the 15th Day of April 2008.Professionally he is a member of the Institute of Professional Accountant UK

He successfully carried out extinctive Tax planning to reduce the tax burden of Premium Developers and Management Limited and also brought tremendous improvement and effective relation management to all the statutory authorities such as Value Added Tax Authority (VAT), Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS), Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT).
