Emmanuel is the technical head at MICON CONSULT and a Chartered Accountant. He is an ACCA qualifier and holds a Degree in Business Administration (Financial Management) and HND (Statistics)

He has 12 years of working experience in the Human Resource (HR) industry, 2 years in the Financial Sector and 2 years in the Construction Industry

Emmanuel held management positions in various organizations and firms throughout the country.

He is very conversant in business establishment, technical models reviews, internal process reviews, risk analysis and contingent planning and growth of organizations.

He is also well versed with dealings in risk mitigations, fraud preventions and detections.

Emmanuel is a trainer, a facilitator and a coach and has been advocating for strong risk management strategies for microfinance institutions in Ghana.
